"I love you!" "Kena fenta!! "
during the heat of the day, we sit in the shade...this particular afternoon we were in the prayer hut. the girls take naps on me as we listen to music on my ipod...this day we listened to coldplay. this was right after zaina woke up. i love her SO much. zaina is the one who says, "i love you!" at the end. i'm supporting her until she gets married, but she will always be in my heart and life.

Thank you for sharing your experience in Africa. I sit here and weep over this video and the words you so graciously write. I have gone to Africa twice and there is nothing like the experience of holding a child. One day, I hope to meet my adopted granddaughter. Today I got to hear her say, "I love you". So sweet.
